I participated in an Influencer Activation on behalf of Influence Central for Dannon. I received product samples to facilitate my review as well as a promotional item to thank me for my participation. All views and opinions are my own, and do not necessarily represent those of Dannon.
I tend to indulge in sweets more often than I should (OK, OK, far more often). Instead of them being a treat, they’re a staple. And I just don’t know how to break out of that habit.
I want to, believe me, but I don’t want to give up my delicious snacks! I do, however, want to give up all that fat and calories. What to do, what to do.
So when I discovered that Dannon had a Light & Fit Greek yogurt in a tiramisu flavor, I wasted not one second in stocking my fridge. Why? Because it has the sweetness and the flavor I am looking for — but not the calories and fat I am looking to avoid!
Dannon Light & Fit Tiramisu Greek yogurt is de-lish. I know yogurt is a sensible choice but I get bored with the same fruit flavors over and over again. But tiramisu? Are ya kidding me? It’s the best of both worlds!
I’m loving this rich and creamy yogurt. Why? Because it tastes good and helps me make better choices.
Dannon Light and Fit Tiramisu Flavored Greek nonfat yogurt is a great option for breakfast (or lunch!), snack, or dessert. It’s perfect for maintaining a healthy lifestyle as well as losing weight or maintaining your weight loss.
It’s also perfect with a light dusting of cocoa on top. It just gives it a little oomph that looks and tastes like your ordinary tiramisu.
Sometimes it’s tough to eat healthier foods that aren’t delicious like your favorite treats. But not with Dannon Light and Fit Tiramisu Flavored Greek nonfat yogurt. Now you can have a delicious alternative that’s satisfying and good for you!
Dannon Light and Fit Tiramisu Flavored Greek nonfat yogurt has 12 grams of protein and only 80 calories. And, as you may have guessed, it has no fat. Zero fat. None. Nada.
If you’re wondering why I think that’s a big deal, allow me to explain why. A slice of tiramisu has approximately 500 calories (not too terrible, but not great) and — I hope you’re sitting down — roughly 30 grams of fat. 3o grams! Yikes. That’s pretty discouraging. I don’t eat tiramisu too often but I’m not sure I ever want another slice. Not with those kind of stats, anyway. Aren’t they surprising?
Dannon Light and Fit Tiramisu Flavored Greek Yogurt is also surprising. Its creamy texture lends itself perfectly to the tiramisu flavor, and the tiramisu flavor lends itself perfectly to my taste buds. Thank you, Dannon, for Dannon Light and Fit Tiramisu Greek Yogurt. It’s a lifesaver!
