Welcome to Day 1 of the Blog Pop Christmas Wishes Event, the brain child of Momma Told Me!
I have some super fabulous surprises in store for you! How about…
…a Rockboard Scooter?
Yes, that’s right, a Rockboard Scooter. If you’re unfamiliar, that’s OK — I’m gonna tell you all about this puppy. The Rockboard Scooter achieves propulsion with each rocking motion, wasting zero energy and allowing the scooter to reach speeds up to 10mph. Oh, and to top it off, the patented Rockboard Scooter is ready “out of the box,” as in, fully assembled!
Gotta love that part, am I right? It then folds up neatly and easily to a compact size for convenient storage.
The Rockboard Scooter is a fabulous gift idea for kids 8 and up. It can support up to 200 pounds, so there’s a good chance that the scooter will be taken for a test drive by more than just its intended recipient!
Here are some of the specs that you might be interested in:
- The Rockboard Scooter has 200mm urethane wheels with rigid nylon spokes
- Its rear suspension is a spring-enhanced die-cast aluminum rear trailing arm
- It features a front-brake lever with adjustment and a rear-band brake
- The scooter has a handlebar that adjusts from 36 inches to 46.5 inches
- It weighs just under 21 pounds
Did I mention that the Rockboard Scooter was a 2011 finalist for the Toy of the Year Award? No? Well, it was! Here’s why…
