If you’re at a loss for what to get your sweetheart for Valentine’s Day, then why not a tattoo? Nothing quite says “I love you” like a permanent reminder on your flesh. There are plenty of tattoos of names (trust me, I know that it’s like Rule #1 of tattoos to not get someone’s name unless it’s a member of your family), so let’s check out some Valentine’s Day tattoos of a different sort. Like this one:
Now isn’t that sweet? Hopeless Romantic. *insert your own joke here*
Aww. Isn’t that romantic?
No? Not?
Hmm. How about this:
OK, so that might not be specifically for Valentine’s Day but it’s in the shape of a heart and includes the word “Love.” That’s enough to qualify in my book.
Hey now…this even says “Valentine.” So, clearly, it fits in the Valentine’s Day tattoos category. While it’s not something I’d personally get…I think it’s spectacular work.
Ahhh. That’s pretty charming. No, I’m not being sarcastic. It’s sweet. It took serious thought. But…if, ya know, things don’t work out, well, it could be kind of a problem.
Ouch. This is pretty cute, actually. Not something I’d necessarily get, of course…but why matching tattoos (other than the words) on each of your feet? Color me confused. But, whatever, there are more important things to address…
…such as the love of bacon. Yes, this qualifies as a Valentine’s Day tattoo in my book because it has a heart. My blog, my rules. Don’t judge me. However — and this is a big however — it has a fork through the middle with what appears to be blood dripping from it and the word “Bacon” in a scroll across the center that I imagine is supposed to actually be a slice of bacon, since it is peeking out from behind the heart. I don’t “get” this tattoo, but hey, who am I to say?
What. The.
Speechless. Without speech. In fact, speechless and gagging.
Moving on.
Is it even worth mentioning that this isn’t centered properly?
Yeah, probably not. That’s the least of the problems with this tattoo. But, if you think that’s a tragedy, what about this one?
Once again, should I point out that one word looks to be straight while the other veers off at a downward angle? Or ask what’s sticking though the heart? And why it’s uneven? Given the other obvious issue with this tattoo, probably not.

I wanna laugh with the bacon tattoo. But it’s the owner’s decision sooo I’ll respect that. No harm done on my part anyways.
I like the “sooo” part. It’s tough to bite your tongue. LOL.

LOL. I wanted to say something with the Ashton tattoo, too but I once had a huge love for him so I am suppose to understand, right?

OMG. I can’t believe you were able to find soooo many tattoos centred around V-day! I am, as they say, gobsmacked!
Whoa! that I love bacon tattoo is quite funny! not only the toes but the word written in it. She’s really a huge fan of bacon as well the other one with a pinned heart with fork in it.

If the couple who got connecting Follow me, I’ll Follow You tattoos break up, at least they can say its about their undying love for the Genesis song. . .

LOVE the skull one! Thanks for sharing these!
Wow. Very umm interesting. Happy Valentines day Peeps.
It took me twelve years to figure out the perfect design for my one and only tattoo. I am completely in love with my design that involves a heart as part of the word love written in cursive. That is my permanent Valentine tattoo and I regret nothing about it.
In the last tattoo she spelled “Tragedy” wrong, wow that’s bad. The feet were pretty nasty….
They are some nice and cute tattoos …. but I’m just not into them!
They are some nice and cute tattoos …. but I’m just not into them! But I have no problem with people that enjoy them.
I love that bird design. Really cute and attractive.

Nice but not for me. I once worked with a girl who had her boyfriend’s name tattoed on her chest. She also made an appearance on Jerry Springer.

Hmmm. I’ll just go with flowers this year.
That is on the way to serious toe jam, Happy Valentines
Love tats when done right but with so many separations any more I would never get a permanent ink on my body of any name. I do however love the temp tattoos of today and last up to a week.
Speechless and still gagging. They have a cure for the nails. The permanent ink, not that easy!
The Bullet for my Valentine is good but not necessarily something I’d get. The last photo makes me sad though, it is a “tradgedy”.
what is with the new love affair with bacon? yeah its great but not worthy of all this trendiness lately. love your background, btw. i like having pride in one’s city.
ewww the nasty feet with \”i love bacon\” that is just disturbing… not against tattoos. I have a large one on my leg, my middle son has 5 large tats. These are just the \’bad\’ ones.
