Nature’s Sleep Pillows are a slice of heaven

Sleep is not always easy for people with health issues or (or in my case, “and”) chronic pain. In fact, it’s often quite difficult. Sometimes sleep is elusive. Those bad nights turn into bad days. I’ve experienced that too often. But then I got the opportunity to lay my head on one of the Nature’s Sleep pillows that I’d been swooning over.

We’re always told how important a good — and when I say good, I mean good — mattress is. But you don’t often hear about how important a good — and yes, I literally mean good — pillow is to your quality of sleep. If you have back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, chronic headaches (or migraines, like me), you know that you don’t wake up feeling like a million bucks (heck, I usually don’t wake up feeling like 10 bucks) after sleeping on a pillow you found in a huge clearance bin for $3. Don’t lie — you know you’ve done it! We all have. Because we don’t think about the importance of pillows when it comes to our quality of sleep. Stop that. Right now.
