My family has quite a relationship with cereal. We’re kind of obsessed with cereal (I like to say “connoisseurs” but it is what it is)…and everyone has their own preference (of course it can’t be simple!). We eat cereal — lots of it — for any meal (yes, including dinner), and as a snack. For one thing, it’s a simple meal…it’s quick, it’s convenient, and it’s healthy. Any day of the week, you can find a dozen (OK, probably more) boxes of cereal in my cabinet. And Kellogg’s cereals are definitely in the majority.
There’s a reason for that. When embarking on your day — which is probably long, busy, and hectic — Kellogg’s cereals are an excellent way to “Start Simple and Start Right.” In fact, Kellogg’s is making it a point to show how their simple grain cereals can help you Start Simple, Start Right.
Kellogg’s Start Simple, Start Right cereals include Corn Flakes (made with corn, sugar, malt flavor, and salt), Rice Krispies (made with rice, sugar, salt, and malt flavor), Raisin Bran (made wheat, raisins, wheat bran, sugar, brown sugar syrup, salt, and malt flavor), All Bran (made with wheat bran, sugar, malt flavor, and salt), and the new Gluten-Free Rice Krispies (made with brown rice, sugar, and salt).
As you can see, these cereals contain just a handful of simple ingredients. Just as simple is Kellogg’s process to get your breakfast cereal from “seed to spoon.” You can see for yourself how simple the Kellogg’s process is when it comes to making All Bran, Rice Krispies, and Corn Flakes.
After watching those videos and learning how simple it truly is to get your cereal from “seed to spoon,” it makes you feel even better about your choice to eat Kellogg’s cereals. It’s a win-win.
Kellogg’s cereals have long been a staple in my pantry…but now I feel even better about it. Why? They contain simple ingredients, and a bowl of any of these cereals is just simple goodness, plain and simple.
I participated in a campaign on behalf of Mom Central Consulting for Kellogg’s. I received sample products to facilitate my review as well as a promotional item as a thank-you for participating.
