I might be a little late getting on the thredUP bandwagon but I’m on it, folks.
For those of you who don’t know — I’m not judging! — thredUP is like an online consignment shop for kids. According to thredUP, the average child will outgrow more than 1,360 articles of clothing by age 17. I have two daughters and I can tell you this: They’re above average in this category. And, I think my niece is as well.
What can you get at thredUP? Amazing kids clothing such as this Chicago Bears boys track suit, which is currently priced at $5.49! Not to mention kids clothing from Gap Kids, Land’s End, Justice, Gymboree, and much, much more! You can browse the thousands of like-new clothing (for boys and girls, of course), but you can also “hand down.” You fill a 24″ x 48″ thredUP bag with new or like-new kids clothing (that is clean and fresh) that your kids have outgrown…send it to thredUP…and they will pay you for every item they can re-sell. You can either take your cash via PayPal or use your credit to re-fill your kids’ closets!
It took me forever to pick a few items from thredUP for my niece because there is just so much amazing kids clothing to choose from! Two of her favorites included:
There’s only one problem with shopping at thredUP — it’s so addictive! There’s such a fantastic selection of kids clothing (which changes a lot), the prices are great, and the quality is top-notch! And the clothes come folded neatly and wrapped in tissue paper, with a sticker on top…it’s just the cherry on top of a great experience!
I will definitely be back (and we’ll be filling up a thredUP bag as well) to snag some more great kids clothing at great prices. And, if you haven’t had the pleasure of shopping at thredUP yet…I’ve got a deal for ya. Use the promo code “TU10″ and you’ll get 10% off your first order!
