These days, I only drink water. I can appreciate that I’m not drinking a bunch of soda or juices and other sugary or caffeine-laden drinks that aren’t good for me…but I really would like to know that the water I’m drinking is the best it could be.

Resource Natural Spring Water is.

"Resource Spring Water"

Resource Natural Spring Water is more than just hydration — it’s total “electrolytenment.” Electrolytenment is about living a more holistic life – you can find it anywhere, but it starts with resource spring water – 100% sustainably sourced with natural electrolytes for taste in a bottle made of 50% recycled plastic.

If you’re going to drink water, why not drink Resource Natural Spring Water? After all, it’s water that tastes good and is good for you and is good to the Earth. That’s a win-win-win. And, I really like the sound of “electrolytenment.” It just makes me feel all warm and fuzzy.

I also like the taste of Resource Natural Spring Water. It’s not a drastic taste difference, mind you…it’s just got a crisp, clean taste that you will find yourself gulping down. Ah, so refreshing.

But, even better news…the good folks behind Electrolytenment are offering one of my readers a $25 Spa Week Gift Card! Woo hoo!

This giveaway is open to U.S. residents and ends August 21 at 11:59 p.m. EST. Enter via the Rafflecopter form below. Good luck!

I make it a point to drink at least 2 liters of water a day, I do this mainly because I want to make sure that my metabolism is at its optimum speed. Thanks!

Drinking enough water is something I struggle with everyday, it’s something that I forget to do. To make sure I get my daily requirement of H20, I use an alarm clock to remind me to drink at least every hour. My average is around 8-9 tall glasses a day.

I usually drink one bottle of water per day, plus a flavored water drink and maybe another beverage as well. I know I should drink more water!

  4. Denise B. says

I usually drink diet soda; but when we’re out, I can go through a gallon of water which I mix with Crystal Light.

Not enough. I’m lucky if I get one straight glass of water a day. Some days I will drink 3 or 4 glasses, but not usually. I usually get water via tea or coffee. I have, for the most part, stopped drinking soda, though!

Since moving to Florida I drink at least a gallon and 1/2 of water every day. My kids are up to 6 bottles of water daily!

i suffer from dry mouth syndrome and drinking straight water is like putting a handful of cotton balls in my mouth. but, i sip flavored water all day

Anywhere from 24oz to 60oz per day. I drink the 16oz bottled water at work and usually refill it once or twice. I also drink filtered water throughout the day.
